Itchy Legs!

Is anyone else experiencing/ have experienced intense itching on their legs? (particularly lower legs?) 

About 3 days ago I noticed my legs were sooo itchy, and I can't stop itching them - and of course, now they're very irritated. I read up on PUPPS and google'd pictures, but it doesn't really look like that type of rash. It just looks like I've been itching to the point of a rash, and also because I don't remember an initial rash to begin with. It's very weird because it's completely localized to my lower legs. My belly itched due to stretch marks and still does occasionally, but not unbearably anymore.

I have an OB appointment on Friday morning, but I'm considering calling tomorrow to see what they think. I just find it odd it's in one spot. 

Any advice?
