Frequent bathroom runs

I have been feeling the urge to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes recently. Sometimes I even feel like peeing right after I flushed the toilet. I know I drink a lot of water, but I almost feel like I live in the bathroom. Anyone feels the same? How do you deal with it when you are not at home and can't go to the bathroom all the time?
