Anyone Else? Sorry FTM

So this morning I woke up with a shooting, stabbing pain on my right lower side-under my bump. I couldn't even stand up all the way-I waddled to the bathroom and peed and it slowly felt better. I've had some BH and real contractions all day but nothing consistent. I feel very heavy underneath my bump-does this mean she's dropped? Her movements are much lower and I've gotten lightning crotch all morning. Any advice is appreciated!
