Sore, hard, and large; but not producing...

It's like it happened overnight. I pumped this morning at work and notice my left breast was so sore. Halfway through my session, I noticed I was getting barely anything, and I usually get 4 oz. in 15 mins. from that breast.

Fastfoward. I came home and had LO nurse on left breast to see if he could loosen things up and get the milk out. Thirty minutes later, he was frustrated, so I gave him the other breast. I tried pumping and massaging the left breast for about an hour. Still not luck. What's going on? Is this mastitis?

This is no fun. At all.
