Lots of contrax, some pelvic pressure...

Hi all, this is my second LO, first one was 10 weeks early (water broke).  I'm new to this whole being really prego thing.  I have been having a ton of contrax (not completely new to me, I had PTL with #1 and a lot with this pregnancy too).  I'm feeling more pressure and movement down below, and just wondering if this is what the whole prelabor stage is like....The contrax I'm having aren't super regular but they are a bit painful....Should I see the doc earlier than my appt friday??
