How long is thawed breastmilk good for? I've searched kellymom but couldn't find an answer to my actual question- example: I want DH to do a night feeding- can we thaw the milk before bed (10pm) and let it sit until a 3am feeding at room temperature? Or should we keep it refridgerated and warn up when it's needed? Just curious because it would be a lot easier for DH to not have to warm it but obviously we want to do what's best for DD. Also-- do you have to warm it? Or can we see if she'll take it cold? Thanks!
