What else are you doing to prepare for AFTER baby is born?

I know several people are doing freezer meals... 

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I'm working on a list of basic chores that helpers can do without help (including where we keep the cleaning supplies and how to use our washer/dryer).  

I'm also working on stocking up on groceries so DH (or helpers) don't have to make big trips.  

The midwives I see don't want me to leave the house for two weeks after birth, and while that might not happen, I want to be as good as possible and so does DH.  

What else are you thinking about ahead of time?
