Contractions or just preggo pain?

I am only 30 weeks but today after I got up and started getting dressed I started to have some back pain and a little lower abdomen pain. It's more in my back though, on the right side in the center. If I lay down or sit down it takes a few minutes but it will ease up. Although, I can still feel the discomfort. When I got up and walked around again, it came back. I don't know what the heck is going on. This is my 1st time and don't know what to expect. Could this be contractions or is it just a pain and discomfort from no room in there?
