I am putting together a weight loss plan and could use some input. I have gained about 30 pounds so far, eek! I am not going to obsess about getting skinny immediately but I do want to lose every.single.pound.
My Plan
1. Breastfeed (supposedly this can help - sometimes)
2. Belly Bandit
3. 30 Day Shred (super cheap right now if you're interested)
4. Go on walks with the baby
5. Maybe doing the weight watchers for nursing mothers
