Day 4 and still no milk, pedi recommends supplementing

2nd time mom and milk still not in on day 4, nearing 5. It took 5 days with my first. This one gets really fussy since nothing is happening. Went to pedi yesterday since she is jaundice and not sleeping/very upset constantly. Pedi recommended supplementing, but bfing first and then doing formula. My 1st never had formula, but was also content to just nurse for hours, this one will not.

Recommendations?
