Pumping for a baby who eats every hour

My baby is almost 3 weeks.  I'm supposed to return to work at 8 weeks.  I realize I have time, but I started building a stash of breast milk initially when my baby needed me to pump some excess off her less favorable boob before she would latch.  I've been slowly trying to increase how much I pump though because I'm worried about a few things.   For 1).  She eats all. The. Time. Every hour on some days. I'm worried my stash will be quickly depleted. Quicker than I can restock it since the baby can get more milk out than a pump.  Also 2). I've read to pump an hour after your mornin feed for so long a period of time in order to build up a stash.  I have a hard time pumping as much as I could otherwise in the mornings because, sure enough she's ready to eat by then. Is there a better way to build up a stash for babies who eat so much and so frequently?   She doesnt have a predictable eating schedule, and sometimes it's very frequent so how and when can I build a stash.
