Fluid levels...

So I have been battling with not only high blood pressure & protein in urine but now low fluid levels for about 3 weeks now. I've had 4 trips to the hospital, 2-3 night stays complete with iv fluids, monitoring, ultra sounds & bpp's. The baby & I keep checking out well but her amniotic fluid keeps getting low. I have been on bed rest since this all started drinking obsessive amounts of water (28oz's every hour or two) & it seems to be the only thing that makes it go back up is the IV. It took 7 bags this time over 3 days...The dr says there is no tears or rips in her fluid sack just something going wrong in the placenta...anyone have any ideas how to keep the fluid levels up or anyone else go through all this hoopla?!
