Anyone having some "true" contractions?

Hi ladies

Went today to our OB and had a nst which we do weekly until delivery.

On the monitor it showed we had one true contraction during the test. I've been having more frequent bh's which we discussed with the Ob.

 They went over what to look for and when to call. I'm just wondering at almost 36 weeks is anyone else feeling increasing bh's or having some true contractions??
