Is this normal?

Hi, quick question- I have a 9 week old who always had a poor latch and I had cracked bleeding nipples. Well they then healed up but I got yeast after baby got thrush. I had Diflican and baby Nystatin. Babies mouth is healed but even after the 10 days of Diflucan which I took over 3 weeks ago my nipples are still red and hurt sometimes. Could it still be yeast or maybe baby is still latching wrong? Or are nipples always red when breast feeding?
