Getting kicked in the belly button

I was just reading the post about LO favoring a side and everyone seemed to say right or left.  My baby used to favor the right side, but now she has been kicking me right in middle around my belly button.  It actually really hurts, lol.  I hate to say i dread her kicks now, but i do.  Is anyone else experiencing kicks right to the belly button.  It just started a couple of days ago and i was hoping she would move back to the side, but so far, no luck.  It is very uncomfortable.  Anyone relate?  Is  this going to be happening the rest of my pregnancy...please say no!
