Does it look like the cord is wrapped around LO's neck? (pic attached)

We had an u/s done yesterday due to minimal movement.  The u/s tech told us that everything looked good and she was just running out of room.  I took a closer look at one of the u/s pics today and I can swear it looks like the cord is wrapped around her neck.  My husband says that she is fine and that I am just worrying, but take a look at the pic below and tell me what you think.  On one hand I would think the u/s tech would tell us if this were the case, but on the other hand, maybe she wouldn't because she does not want us to worry.  What are your thoughts?  TIA!
