Pain down backs of legs?

Anyone else have this?

I don't know if it is where LO is sitting or what but I have this crampy feeling from my butt cheeks down my calves. It feels like a cross between your leg falling asleep or that sensation right before a muscle spasm.

I just tried to prop a door while carrying in my lunch and my hip locked up like an 80 year old. Any advice or ideas?
