any suggestions for sibling gifts "from baby"

With our second DD we had her give our oldest a stuffed bunny at the hospital...and our oldest gave our new DD a "my first baby doll"....we're having a little boy this time and I'd like to have him "give" the girls something at the hospital and the girls give him something too.  Any suggestions on something meaningful to have the kids exchange that will make them feel special?
