If you drink coffee, how much?

I have been having about 2 cups per day.  One when I wake up after DD's 1st feeing and then again sometime in the afternoon. I sometimes feel like I want a 3rd, but hesitate because I am worried 3 might be too much.  However, if they are evenly spaced, I am wondering if the will clear my BM at an even rate as well (as opposed to having 3 back to back).  I feel like the info online about this is all over the place, so just wondering what you ladies do and if you find a certain amount may agitate LO or there is not effect at all.
