So, I live in a very "crunchy" town where natural/home/water-births are not only common but almost expected. I, on the other hand, had a planned c-section with DD (she was nearly 11 lbs at birth) and will have a RCS with this LO. I could care less how others choose to give birth and I really wish that others would take the same mind-set as to how I gave birth but such is not the case.
Of course I shouldn't care what others think but I feel as though I am constantly having to defend my reasonings either online or IRL. I'd like to find some actual pro c-section statistics to counterpoint everyone who wants to "educate" me rather than just "Well, my Dr. said this was best........" because obviously all doctors are evil these days.
