Early days, only takes one breast at a time

I have a VERY sleepy baby. It takes a lot to get her up to eat every 3 hours (sometimes it'll take me a full hour so I don't wait any longer than 3 to start trying). She'll nurse on one breast and then will be full enough to pass out and I can't do anything to wake her up for the other one. She has plenty of wet and poopy diapers, so I'm sure she's eating enough.

Should I leave it be and just nurse from the other breast at the next feeding? Pump the other breast when she finishes?
