Green, mucusy poo-foremilk/hindmilk imbalance?

My LO has started having green mucusy poos in the past few days.  About half of them are like that.  I have issues with oversupply and had it under control, but she cut back the number of times she eats about a week ago.  I suspect that the poo s caused by a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance and have been block feeding her for 2.5 days (normally she took one side per feeding, now she gets each side twice before switching).  How long before I should see an improvement if this is really the problem?  The next step is cutting dairy, but I want to give this a chance first.  Any success stories?
