Vitamin D drops and tummy troubles

We have been giving our DD a milk bottle each night with the vit d added to it. She seems very agitated and uncomfortable afterwards. I've also noticed that throughout the day, she has been really gassy (non-stop fart machine) and her poop has become really stinky now. I couldn't bring myself to give it to her last night, and today her gas and poop has been better so I know it's not something I ate.

Has anyone else noticed if their LOs have tummy problems related to the vit d drops? Any suggestions to alleviate the problem/discomfort she seems to be experiencing?
