Kicks Count

I went to my first baby class this past Saturday and the instructor spoke about counting the baby's kicks; she said you should feel at least 10 a day (or some sort of movement).

I feel baby move everyday but I never count the movements. And I always try to remember if I felt movement each day. My doctor never mentioned counting kicks before.

Do you ladies count kicks/movement?
