Repost: How often do you wash your Milkies Milk Saver?

I love the milk saver, it's been working out great, but how often do you wash yours? I was putting it in the fridge between feedings but then it's cold which obviously isn't comfortable. Sometimes I rinse it and don't wash it for a feeding since bm can stay out for a few hours anyway but don't know if this is a bad idea. It's just such a pain to clean it after every single feeding especially in the middle of the night.
