Anyone tried brewers yeast to help with supply? I've had a serious supply dip that I think is probably hormonal, but I'm wondering if brewers yeast will help. Tried the mother's milke tea several weeks ago, and LO seemed to have a bad reaction to it. I eat oatmeal every morning (either whole oats or steel cut) and am adding an extra pumping session in the evenings hoping I can ride this out. But the freezer stash is getting low and I'm about 5 oz short every day now. I've been pumping for a month and was making plenty when I started. Changed the pump membranes, drinking lots of water, etc etc. Could be that I've only slept 4 hours the past 2 nights!
