Breastfeeding

Using pacifier to strengthen sucking ability?

We are having some troubles breastfeeding - seeing a LC and apparently my daughter has a weak suck.

Haven't introduced a paci yet, because I didn't want to cause any more complications, but anyone have any idea if a paci might actually help her breastfeed better because maybe it would strengthen her muscles or something??

Just a thought...
