Braxton Hicks or the Baby Moving?

I've been having some really weird feelings in my stomach. I cannot tell (call me dumb) LOL but I cannot tell if it is actual contractions (braxton hicks because they are sporadic) or if they are my son balling up in there? I will get this really weird tight feeling and sometimes a bulge comes up - I can tell that is him, but sometimes I get the same feeling lower.. and I cannot tell if it is him or a contraction?
