BFing and Allergies. What do you take? Have you had to stop nursing because of allergies?

My allergies are bad, very, very bad. I've been congested for quite a while now and to top it off, I have asthma. Well, my asthma is getting worse, due to the allergies, because when everything drains it goes down and I end up not being able to breathe. The doctor can't prescribe me anything with nursing, so I may have to stop nursing if things don't get better.

 Anyone else have these issues? What have you taken for allergies that have been safe for baby and your supply?
