Breastfeeding

initial latch problems...help!

I'm EBF and she does great...once she latches. It almost always takes me five to ten minute yo get her to latch. She moves around and will suck then stop...has the nipple in her mouth but moves her head back and forth all crazy like...I try different positions and even switch boobs if she is too fussy . Like I said...once she latches she nurses wonderfully...any suggestions?
