How much breast milk is normal 1week after delivery

I am pumping every 2-3 hours until mom and baby figure this breast feeding thing out. In 24 hours I am only getting a little over 2 ozs. I've only been pumping since Thursday evening. Is there still hope for me to produce enough milk to limit the mount of formula I am having to supplement?
