Clot and supply reduction?

I EP and I've had a very painful clot keep forming in my left breast since yesterday. I've been pumping a lot more to try and unclog it and it finally worked this morning. But that spot keeps getting hard and painful (although when I pump again, it goes soft). I've also noticed that my supply seems to be less today than normal, even though I'm pumping more. Is this common? Is there anything I should be doing/not doing to prevent this clot from continuing to form? Thanks for the advice.
