"Your face is swollen so you must be having a boy"

I was at a friend's kid's birthday party yesterday and ran into someone I haven't seen in a long time. She doesn't have much social etiquette and first says "congratulations! Are you having a boy?" I said yes I am. And she says, "oh. Can tell. When I was having a boy, I had facial swelling too.." Gee thanks.  Firstly, my face is NOT really swollen. I have a naturally rounded face. And even if it is, that is rude! Btw, she is still overweight with a big face! I wanted to say, "and I guess your swollen face neve went back to normal, huh?" but I stopped myself... people need to shut TFU. If they don't have anything nice to say, just don't! So what's the rudest comment you have gotten from someone during your pregnancy?
