Tiny trickle of fluid (amniotic?)

I was kind of startled awake last night by a feeling like I'd pee'd myself...went to the bathroom and there was a very tiny amount of very watery discharge.  Nothing since then.  Could this be amniotic fluid or would I still be having more leakage now?

I'm going for an ultrasound at the hospital tomorrow and to my Dr.'s on Tuesday...should I call my Dr. or wait until then?
