Playtex Ventaire Anyone?

We have been having problems just in recent weeks with DD taking her NUK bottles, so I'm in the market for new ideas. I had one breastflow bottle and tried that - but no luck. I was thinking Playtex Ventaire with the wide latex nipple for softness (I'm wondering if she's anti-silicone). I keep reading reviews that they leak and just wanted to see if anyone who used it loves/hates them. I don't really want the drop ins (just more waste and things to buy - I'm not anti washing bottles) and playtex is the only one I know of with a wide latex nipple.
