EBF at night

So apparently my LC says I have an oversupply issue. DD is 3 weeks. over night last night, she would nurse for a good amount of time, and then be sleeping once she detached herself. I tried to wake her to see if she wanted more, but it didn't seem to be the case. But then she would be up about 2.5 hours later looking for more, when she can usually go a bit longer for sleep.

how do you know when your LO has had enough to eat at night. I usually go by the very relaxed baby, but now I second guess myself.
