How do you guys deal with it?

I have to work 8-10 hours; on my feet the whole time...many times with no break, no food, and no water, because I can't leave the front desk un-manned and I have no one working with me on slow days. On top of that there are the days when I have morning sickness, heartburn, dizziness, swollen legs, etc and I'm just MISERABLE. How does the rest of the world (at least those who work similar jobs) get by?

 And to think that it's only going to get worse.....makes me want to cry!
