Lopsided - Advice Needed

My right breast keeps getting engorged. I think it's producing the same as the left, but it won't give up the milk. When I pump my left gives up twice as much milk as my right and I can visually see the milk spraying out of the left and just dribbling out of the right. I feel like my right doesn't have the openings that the left does. Any advice?
