How long will it take for my milk to dry up?

Hi ladies. Hoping you can help me. I've been EP'ing for 3 months now and have slowly been dropping pumping sessions over the last few weeks. I dropped my last session on Monday, so I haven't pumped at all since Tuesday. My breasts are slightly sore to the touch and a bit lumpy. How long will it take for them to feel "normal" again? Anything I can do to speed up the process?
