2nd timers/pedi ?

This is kind of a silly question, but I'm not really sure how to handle it because I haven't had to yet.

We are obviously going to use the same pedi we do for DD1 for the NB. Do I just call the pedi office up and say, by the way I'm pregnant and some day I or the hospital will call for you to come see us before we leave the hospital?
