Nausea returning?

I almost feel like I have m/s again lately. I've been having nausea after I eat or if I haven't eaten for a while...I do have wicked heartburn too, but that's largely been controlled with prescription Pepcid.

 Anyone feel like their m/s is coming back late in the game?
