Pumping 1 time at work

I am starting a new job next Tuesday and I'm nervous about having to pump there.  I just feel funny telling strangers that I have to pump.  So, I was going to see if I couldn't just pump after she nurses in the morning and then one time at work (at lunch) and then when I got home (or on the way home). Does anyone else do this?  Does it mess with your supply to do it this way?
