help! itchy rash on breasts

anyone else encounter this?? i've had it since about 5 weeks pp and dd is 3 months now. sometimes my skin will look normal, but when i scratch i get these raised bumps that almost look like mosquito bites it's sooo uncomforable and itchy! i went to my doc and she thought it was yeast on my skin and gave me a cream, but it has done nothing so im thinking its not yeast. my boobs have gotten ginormous since bfing so they are heavy as well. has anyone else had this problem? im beginning to wonder if its hormonal.. or possibly eczema. when i was pg i had a similar rash on my belly. help! any suggestions for relief? or what it could be?? i should also mention that its dry and leathery now from scrathing myself raw at times
