First off, my ex and I have a court order that he is not to contact me unless it is regarding our LO but he has contacted me twice about other things. Is there anything I can do about it? I sent him a friendly reminder that he is only supposed to contacting me regarding LO. Secondly, whenever my ex refers to our LO he always say "my daughter" it drives me absolutely NUTS, it's rude and disrespectful!!! Is there anything I can do to get him to stop referring to her as "his daughter" and address her by her name? (Some examples would be: When can I see my daughter? And, how is my daughter doing?) I've asked him twice to address her by her name as well and he just ignores everything I say or ask. I am completely frustrated! Any advice would be great! TIA
