Sudden Drop in Supply

So DS is almost 4 months old and this week I have suddenly had a huge drop in supply for no reason at all. I haven't changed anything except getting up 1 more additional time a night with him. Any thoughts? Also besides the oatmeal, fenugreek, and Blessed Thistle any ideas to bump the supply back up?
