My LC had me avoid cows milk products, soy products, citrus, strawberries,peanut products, cheese, chocolate and "sugar".
I've been doing pretty well with it, with the occasional slip ups... as I am not sure all of those things are necessary to avoid. I think milk products are the most important to avoid. However, I didn't realize how many other products actually contain milk. I've been using a non dairy in my coffee everyday and really haven't noticed it bothering dd.
How strict are you? I just read goat cheese is ok- would love some goat and feta, lol.
