Does more colostrum equal more supply?

I had a little colostrum with DD but an almost non-existent milk supply which was devastating and resulted in her being almost EFF.

With this LO I'm noticing a lot more colostrum and even a few drops of what appears to be actual milk. I'm praying that more colostrum equals a greater supply but I don't know for sure.

Thoughts?
