BTDT Moms--What are your "can't live without" diaper bag items?

My diaper bag just came in the mail (hooray!) and it got me thinking, besides the obvious diapers, wipes, changing pad, etc., what other highly important items are there to include? What do you always make sure is in there? Any insight would be awesome! TIA  and happy Friday!
