one more pumping question - amount

Does how much I pump give any indication of how much my kid eats? I worry he's not eating enough. He often eats very little first thing in the morning.  Does that typical translate into a big first pumping session a couple hours later (I think so)? what about the rest of the day? Wondering if my pretty good/high supply is related to him not eating enough, thereby validating my anxiety, or that he actually eats a lot in other nursing sessions (overnight) and my high supply is actually because he eats plenty. Or no relation?
