all of a sudden my left boob is smaller

I posted the other day and no one responded but I think I wasn't very clear, so I am trying again.

All of a sudden over the past week, my left breast is softer and smaller than my right. I know it's normal for one breast to produce more than another, but this is all of a sudden. My right breast is fine, so I don't think it's overall supply.

I am making an effort to have ds feed from that side first. He has always had a bit of a shallow latch so I am being more dilligent with it.

Any other advice? I am freaking a bit and terrified of losing supply entirely on on one side.

the only new thing in my life is about 6 weeks ago I had Mirena placed. I know that may be the culprit, and if so, I will have it removed, but why would my right breast be ok if that was the case?
